Could not have had a more pleasant or professional experience. John was very honest and knowledgeable about the market, and was always open and flexible to work with my needs and wants. When my house went on the market I had offers within two hours, and I had a contract by the weekend. Keep in mind, my house went on the market on Dec 23rd, so this was during the holiday season and I had a sale the weekend after Christmas.
